How much does GEO cost?
Engagements typically start around $2,000 a month. The exact number depends on your niche and how contested its AI answers are, so every free audit comes with the specific offer for your category.
Redaccel engagements typically start around $2,000 a month, depending on the niche and how contested its AI answers are. Monitoring-only work sits at the low end, earned placements in the middle, full management with PR and reputation work at the top. Every free AI visibility audit includes the specific offer. Three-month minimum, then month to month. The KPI is share of voice in AI answers, not rankings.
Start free. Scale to what your category needs.
Every plan is scoped after the audit, because a niche software tool and a crowded consumer category need very different amounts of work.

Three-month minimum, then month to month. No setup fee: the first month includes the setup work at the normal rate.
What decides the number?
Three things: how competitive your category is, how many engines and markets we track, and how contested your buyers' questions are. We quote after the audit because the audit shows the gap, and the quote matches the work needed to close it. It also tells you honestly whether you need any of this at all.
Why a three-month minimum?
GEO takes 6 to 10 weeks to show measurable movement. Engines re-read and re-weigh sources on their own schedules, and new placements need time to be found and trusted. A one-month engagement would end with a report that says "too early to tell", and we would rather lose the deal than sell that.
What KPI do you get?
Share of voice in AI answers. Each month: the share of answers to your buyers' questions, across five engines, that mention you versus each competitor, whether it was a recommendation, and which pages drove it. If it is not moving by month three, the report says so in plain words.
What is not included?
Paid ads management, link-building retainers, technical SEO and social media management. Where a problem is one of those, the report says so instead of quietly absorbing it into scope.
A citation is an asset. An ad is an expense.
That difference is the whole ROI case.
| Earned citations (GEO) | Paid ads | |
|---|---|---|
| When spend stops | Placements keep getting read and cited. Threads and reviews work for years. | Visibility ends the same day |
| Where it lands | Inside the recommendation itself, at the moment of decision | Labelled as an ad, which buyers discount and AI engines do not cite |
| Cost curve | Flat retainer; each month's placements stack on the last | Rises with competition; every impression is bought again |
| Compounding | Month six stands on the placements of months one to five | None. Spend resets to zero every month. |
One more asymmetry: your category's AI answers are being written now, from a small set of sources. Whoever is on those sources first is the incumbent every later brand has to displace.
Redaccel or in-house?
| Redaccel | In-house | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | One monthly retainer, scoped to the work | A full salary for one experienced hire, plus tracking tools |
| Time to competence | Working from week one | Months of learning on your budget |
| What survives on Reddit | We track it. Across 103 logged placements, one aged account kept 9 of 10 live; fresh accounts kept 2 of 77. | Usually learned the expensive way, on your brand's accounts |
| Risk if it fails | Cancel after month three | A hire to unwind |
| When in-house wins | You have real community roots (a founder who already lives in your niche's forums) and the patience to spend months earning presence. Then in-house is authentic in a way no agency can copy, and your audit will say so. | |
Why no fixed price list?
Because the work differs a lot between categories. A niche B2B tool with two competitors and a crowded consumer category with twenty need very different numbers of placements. The audit shows the gap first, and the offer in it is sized to that gap.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month includes the setup work (question set design, baseline measurement, placement map) at the normal monthly rate.
Can I start with Monitor and upgrade?
Yes, that is the normal path. Monitor's baseline becomes the before and after evidence for Growth.
Do you work with competitors in my category?
No. One brand per set of buyer questions. We cannot honestly maximise two clients' share of the same answers.
