We measure, earn and defend your place in AI answers.

Three layers of work, one KPI: share of voice in AI answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews.

Extract redaccel.com · services · October 2026

Redaccel does three things: measures how visible a brand is in AI answers, earns it legitimate citations across the sources engines trust, and defends its reputation when engines repeat something wrong. Everything is reported against one KPI: share of voice in AI answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews.

01 · Monitor

See the battlefield.

We build a set of the questions your buyers actually type, then run it across five engines on a schedule.

Not keywords, questions: "best expense tool for a 10-person agency", "is [your category] worth it", "[competitor] alternatives". The monthly report shows which engines mention you, which recommend competitors instead, and the exact pages those answers pull from. That last part turns "AI visibility" from a feeling into a to-do list.

Sold on its own as Monitor, and included in everything above it. Pricing.

In the monthly report
  • Share of voice per engineYou against each named competitor.
  • Recommendation or mentionBeing named is not the same as being recommended.
  • The cited pagesWhich thread, review or article drove each answer.
  • What moved, and whyPlainly, including when nothing moved.
02 · Earn citations

Become part of the consensus. Legitimately.

Engines build answers from sources where people genuinely compare things. We place your brand into that consensus: 6 to 10 earned placements a month, each built to survive human moderators and the LLM-based detection platforms now run[1]. If a placement would not survive a strict moderator reading it for intent, we do not make it.

The citation surface we work, and why each source matters
SurfaceWhy engines cite itWhat we do there
RedditMost cited domain in AI answers[2]Genuine, disclosed, expertise-led participation in the threads engines read
Review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra)Structured comparisons engines lift for "best X" answersProfile completeness, honest reviews from real customers, comparison-page presence
YouTubeTranscripts feed answers, especially how-to and review questionsPlacement in relevant reviewers' and creators' coverage
Wikipedia and wikisHighest-trust grounding for entity questionsNotability assessment and sourcing, only where you legitimately qualify
Trade press and listicles"Best tools for X" articles are cited wholesalePitching inclusion where you belong, with real differentiators
Niche forums and communitiesLong-tail questions resolve here; about 95% of citations are long tail[3]Steady presence in the 3 to 5 communities your buyers trust
Your own siteEngines quote pages that answer directly; 44% of ChatGPT citations come from the first third of a page[4]Rebuilding for extraction: answers up front, standalone definitions, comparison tables, valid schema

03 · Defend

When the answer is wrong about you.

Engines repeat what their sources say, including when those sources are outdated, confused or hostile.

If ChatGPT tells buyers you lack a feature you shipped last year, or repeats a pricing complaint from 2024, that is revenue leaking through an answer you never see. Reputation defence means tracing the wrong claim to its source pages and fixing it there: updated reviews, corrected articles, clear pages the engines will read again.

This plus PR outreach is the Managed layer, built for categories where the answer itself is contested.

How a fix runs
  1. Find the claim

Which engines repeat it, and in answer to which questions.

  2. Trace the source

The pages the engines cite when they say it.

  3. Fix it at the source

Corrections, updates and new pages the engines trust more.

Ground rules

What we deliberately do not do

  • No fake reviews, no bot accounts, no undisclosed seeding. Not only an ethics position, a durability one. Platforms remove that work after the fact[1], and a removed citation is worse than none.
  • No ranking reports. There are no rankings inside a paragraph. The KPI is share of voice in AI answers.
  • No guaranteed citations.Engines are probabilistic. We guarantee the work and an honest measurement, and by month three the numbers say whether it is working.
  • No open-ended lock-in.Three-month minimum, because that is how long the work takes to show. Month to month after that.
